Nothing to do with Gerald, but when I arrived after waiting for a while, I was sent inside. Once inside, the service rep was noticeably irritated that I’d come in & asked me who told me to come inside. Insaid I did not get a name. He begrudgingly looked me up & said my appt was express & was I not told that? I told him I was not. Anyways 2 hrs yrs later on my very first service on my brand new car, I got a phone call saying my vehicle was done & I could return to the store (that I’d been waiting at in the lobby). When again, I went to the service area and asked where I should go as I did not see my car, ther service people acted annoyed that they had to look my car up. This is not how I would expect to get treated. When I bought a brand new ford, their service department was kind. I don’t need anyone to kiss my ****, but having people be irritated does not want me to refer anyone I know to your store.

The service advisor didn’t review with me my service performed. I had to ask him and he seemed anoid. I also noticed my oil light had not been reset and had to return to the dealership. I was not impressed with my service today.
