First of all, I had my brake fluid flushed on a very recent maintenance visit, and the technician didn’t look at those records and recommended that I have my brake fluid flushed. That felt to me like you were trying to do an unnecessary service to my car for more money. Additionally, when I get my oil changed on my regular service, I normally get my tires rotated because I bought my tires there, and if the technicians had looked at my service records, they would have seen that. My tires did not get rotated so now I have to take more time away from work to come in and get it done. I feel like the service levels have been slipping lately and that Toyota is trying to sell me additional services that I don’t need.

Couldn’t explain why the oil filter was seized onto my sequoia. My tundra oil filter assembly has been damaged. Why are both my vehicles having problems with oil housing? Neither one has had problems before

I was not completely satisfied on this day of service. The service took at least two hours at the most. My wife and myself decided to wait there at the center. When it took at least 2 1/2 hours I decided to check on the parking lot to see if my car was there and it was. I asked the other person there to check and it was ready to go , and paperwork was laying on somebody’s desk and I was never notified that my car was ready to go. Good thing I checked otherwise my wife and I would have waited , who knows how long. I realize they were busy however we are the customers seeking your service. No big deal
