First off, I can’t believe you would charge more in labor than the part cost. Second, why I wasn’t given the option, since it was on the spare tire, to just have the sensor removed to avoid the almost 400 dollar charge! Third, I was initially told the cost would be approx 259 and then was charged almost 400 dollars! Very disappointed in how the whole process what handled in a money making transaction for Toyota and not a what can we do to help transaction for the customer. To charge 378,90 for a tire sensor is ABSOLUTELY ridiculous!

My appointment is as at 2:30 I got there around 2:15
All checked in they told me it would be about an hour to an hour and a half. It was just a quick inspection. No oil change. Don’t understand why so long but ok. At 4:10 they text me to come up and I need some
New filters and a few other things. Items start adding up I said to do the filters and it would just be a few minutes. I was finally out of there a little past 4:30. For an inspection and no oil change over 2 hours waiting seems a little excessive. A little disappointed.

Brought in my truck for clunking noise, was told that bottom control arm was scrapping. And was told that I need to replace the whole lift kit. And that was the cause. Which didn’t make sense and wasn’t going to spend 5k+ to replace when it was sold like that by your dealership..
When I stated that I kept hearing my ball joint when I brought my truck in. . Not once was it brought up
To me if something was wrong with it.
I went home. As I was parking my front end of truck lowred
I decided to look by my self and found out a screw was half way loose on my top control arms, That happened to be the issue… , which was never caught by your technician!!!

I asked the service provider not to roll down my windows because I had recently tinted the windows and if they were rolled down they would start to peel. The service provider said “we won’t touch your windows.” I went outside to ask for my tire size and I saw my driver side window was rolled down. My tint did not end up peeling off since I gave it enough time to set in and the service he gave me was very good I had a good experience. The window being rolled down and the chance that the tint would peel off gave me a mini heart attack. Overall he was very helpful when I asked questions related to the car.

2 hours for oil change and tire rotation is not ok. I finally went to the check in table and my keys were sitting there but no notification that my car was ready. My car was not just outside the door it was parked next to the street and I couldn't find it for several tries. Prices are getting high as I was quoted one for a new battery. I purchased one for less than half the price elsewhere and having someone put it in.
