I asked the service provider not to roll down my windows because I had recently tinted the windows and if they were rolled down they would start to peel. The service provider said “we won’t touch your windows.” I went outside to ask for my tire size and I saw my driver side window was rolled down. My tint did not end up peeling off since I gave it enough time to set in and the service he gave me was very good I had a good experience. The window being rolled down and the chance that the tint would peel off gave me a mini heart attack. Overall he was very helpful when I asked questions related to the car.

2 hours for oil change and tire rotation is not ok. I finally went to the check in table and my keys were sitting there but no notification that my car was ready. My car was not just outside the door it was parked next to the street and I couldn't find it for several tries. Prices are getting high as I was quoted one for a new battery. I purchased one for less than half the price elsewhere and having someone put it in.

You recommended a new windshield wiper and I've only had the vehicle 4 months and even though you have a year warranty on your windshield wipers you still tell me it's not your responsibility. Also. You also recommended an in cabin air filter after 4 months of a new car. I had a 2017 Toyota Highlander Hybrid and I only had you replace the in car air filter two times. It seems like you are just trying to get all the money you can and it's not about the people anymore-- it's all about the bottom line. Making more and more money ??

I was completely satisfied with the sign in and with the service performed but when I came back to pick up the vehicle, the two gentlemen at the inside service counter did not acknowledge me or a customer that was there before me. We waited until someone from the service floor came in and helped. I'm sure the men were busy but it is just rude to ignore two customers.
