The only thing that bothered me was I was told I needed a cabin air filter and an engine filter. I had those both replaced the last inspection. It bothered me that I was asked to buy those again and that was missed, considering you have all my 4Runner info. Toyota Tri-Cities has all my business and I trust with my 4Runner and Tacoma.

Must have been an off day for the service group. Two issues: 1st, my service appointment did not get relayed to the service group, 2nd the work order included windshield wiper replacement with oil change. The wipers did not get replaced. No apology was offered by the service tech. He simply put the new wipers on, turned his back, and walked off.

I was hoping you guys would offer a military discount on services. The service was done to my satisfaction. The appraisal of my vehicle felt a little low. I still have an extended Warranty on the vehicle that wasn't factored into the appraisal.

I only came here because it was covered on my warranty for regular service. it wasn’t until I got there. They told me it was good for an alignment only which had just been done recently and no oil change. They didn’t inform me of this and when I made the appointment, they weren’t even sure I had made the appointment just got treated like a walk in, I didn’t buy the truck there I won’t be coming back ever. Not Dissatisfied. But I know I can do a whole lot better elsewhere.
