I checked in my car at 9:30 and confirmed my phone number. At 10:30 the service member came to ask me if I had my keys after they took them from me and had already moved my car. I presume my keys were misplaced. I was told I would be called at the number I confirmed when my car was done. I waited 2.5 hours for the call. I asked a service member for the status of my car and was told it was ready and to checkout with express maintenance members. The employee called a number that was not the number I confirmed. When I asked why they didn’t call the other two numbers on the account that matched, I was told that would have a good idea because the lady they talked to with the other number seemed very confused about her car being ready. I proceeded to pay for an intermediate service and after paying was told they did not actually rotate my tires. I would like a refund as the intermediate service is a tire rotation appointment. I should have been called when they decided my tires could not be rotated to see if I wanted to proceed with the intermediate service. II have tried to contact the manager of the service department several times about this issue and have not received a call back.

First off, we should have received 2 surveys since we had 2 vehicles intermediate serviced on 6/28. First on our Tundra, 3 of the valve stems were so loose they were about to fall off; they also moved the seat position. On our Camry, I opened the trunk, finding everything tossed all over! It was originally organized, but, i.e., the blanket was thrown in the back along with my ice scraper and other items that had been set on the right side. There's no excuse for Francisco's disrespect and irresponsibility! Also, it had been over 2 hours and no sign of the Camry. The Tundra was done. We asked Stacey about the Camry, but he said he didn't know, making no effort to check. Turns out, paperwork and keys were sitting on another employee's desk, who wasn't even in that day! Stacey was rude, had a negative attitude! Toyota used to be our favorite dealership, but due to this experience and previous experiences, we will be going elsewhere for future services. It's very pathetic that we spent over $1500+ to be treated so poorly and not being able to get free carwashes. In trying to reach management (that includes Peter) about our experiences, our calls and messages went unanswered. Does management even care? It doesn't seem so!

You changes on appointments has caused lots of issues with the drop in oil change customers and it not very nice. I’ve been a costomer for a long time and I am very disappointed That I may be looking for another place to do my services on my car.

My experience with my service advisor, Daniel, was excellent. My problems were: 1) Computer issues - unavoidable, but meant system couldn’t be updated 2) Inaccurate information showing empty fuel tank, etc. At intake, customer should be made aware they can scroll up on tablet to see all information. Also, a hard copy should be offered as an alternative. 3) No more recycling in showroom! All those juice and water bottles, plus soda cans, and no recycling. Why? 4) Pet owners should have a separate waiting area! When those with allergies are seated and a pet owner assumes a friendly dog would be welcomed by another customer, they are mistaken if that customer has allergies! I should not have to move or ask another customer to stay away from me. Ownership/management should not put customers in that position.

Being asked to fill out a survey every time I get service is annoying. I have always been pleased with the service I have gotten from Toyota. On this past visit, I was particularly pleased that the service person was able to fix a long-standing problem with my Bluetooth telephone connection. Are you aware of all the complaints about the dealership ever since the new management took over? There are a lot of comments on Nextdoor concerning this. And I have heard from sources that employees have not been treated particularly well. This is not good to hear.
