So when I got my car my headlights were left on I'm glad I noticed it before it killed my battery life but other than that everything else was okay.

Rather than telling the customer they have driven into the wrong lane to drop off the car, maybe you could tell the customer on the reminder text message which lane to pull into.
First time in 4 years that there was an error on the car after the service.
It didn’t feel as efficient or friendly as it normally is.

Hi I went to get my schedule service at Toyota of Tri-Cities for first Time and had the worse experience ever, I purchase my vehicle at Rodger’s Toyota in Hermiston and had had all my previous services there with excellent customer service and excellent customer treatment unlike Toyota of Tri-Cities.
I schedule my appointment and asked the lady to provide someone so I can show 3 concerns that the vehicle had developed and I wanted to show the technician or service advisor. Upon my arrival, my service advisor ( Raul ) wasn’t available so I had to show my concerns to the person who checked me in. Concerns were as follow.
1- drivers seat recliner motor multifunction
2- drivers side window squeaking when going down
3- rattle at B pillar trim around seat belt anchor
Around 5 pm Raul called me and stated that none of the concerns were duplicated and that the car was ready to be picked up, I asked if the guy who checked me in showed him all the concerns and with a rude attitude said no, I explained him that I had showed the other person and he just didn’t wanted to listen, I asked if he could be available at the time of picking up the vehicle so I can show him, he said he didn’t have time for that stuff, he advised that I had to schedule another visit so he can be available. Very disappointed, I went and picked up my vehicle, I asked if the service manager was available and they said he had left the office, I requested a manager business card they said he locks them in his office.
I got my car and left.
I would like to talk to someone who can a least listen. I regretted not had taken my car to Rodger’s , I live in Pasco and was more convenient for me taking it to Kennewick. I wish I have never had.

Routine service took 2 hours. The personnel were great like always but the process seems less efficient than in the past. I have to come back for a flush and new filter because out of stock. In recent visits it seems like there is pressure to replace tires with no evidence of need and not much conviction from personnel suggesting it. Feels like it comes from directive from management
