I have brought my camry in for service here since i bought the car new in 2009..i have always been taken care of. My last two maintenance services have been disappointing as my tires were left unbalanced after my services. Last time i just stopped in a les schwab to have them correct this…after this last maintenance (2 days ago) i returned to toyota to have them fix the mistake and make them aware that it’s happening, and i’m told it would be $70 to get them rebalanced, and thats not something that is normally completed unless requested by me. Is this normal? My car rode smooth prior to my maintenance, and now i have to bring my car to les Schwab again to fix this. I have only recently been having this issue at this location. How can we remedy this situation and prevent it from re-occuring?

A couple things:
1. When I scheduled my appointment online, I scheduled an oil change and left a note that I needed the seal to the trunk area looked at to possibly replace. When I checked into the appointment, I was told that the appointment I made was in the Express department and I would have to make another appointment for the seal. That would have been nice information to know in the several texts that I received to confirm the appointment. I did not make the appointment for the Express department, so that was disappointing to find out that it had been changed.
2. When I dropped off my car, it was in the service bay. Once I checked out, I was told that the car was parked outside and I could go walk to it. I think that is terrible customer service. I bring it to you, the least you can do is deliver it back to me.
3. When I got to my car, I found that the paper to protect the floor mats was still there as well as the plastic covering the drivers seat. I don’t feel like it’s my responsibility to clean up after the service. The passenger seat had been pushed all the way back and the back of the seat was layed all the back, like someone was laying in it. There were things from my glove box scattered on the floor of the passenger seat. I found the way my car was left was very rude & disrespectful.

Established cost of services were under actual by several hundred. When I questioned the need for the repairs, the response seemed dismissive. Also, the waiting time was several hours longer than estimated. Also, driver's side mat had grass clippings.
