Just curious about what my car might be worth as a trade-in it is a 2015 Avalon hybrid

They were able to complete the scheduled maintenance and tire replacement ahead of schedule.

All went well only recommendations is that the employees need to smile more. Life is good!

The service manager made me feel like I was a liar that I did not appreciate whatsoever. Then I had to spend extra money even though he went halves for a part this is not good service especially when I bought my Toyota RAV there with cash. Daniel was great. He gave me good service.

Bryant was very helpful. I did pay to have my car washed after it was serviced at the dealership since I had been on a road trip. After taxes, it was $32. They did a subpar job and it was disappointing. The windows were streaked, muddy water marks running down the sides and the back hatch area not touched, dusty and full of debris, like mud and gravel from my trip. For $32 I expected better, or more thorough at least. Granted, it was not an expensive detailed job, but seriously a 10 year old could’ve done a better job. Otherwise, my experience was good.

No real comments. Staff was friendly and personable. I suppose that after extending my Toyota Care Plus, I was thinking that this oil change would be already paid for and it wasn’t. But my future services should be covered. So, I’m OK with it, I guess.

I am disappointed with the attitude I was received with at the checkout counter today. The woman helping me was rude, defensive, and uninformed about the products. She attempted to explain something about my car that is not a feature on my model, treating me as if I were stupid for not knowing the different lights on my dashboard (the light she was describing was not only not on, but it does not exist). The original purpose of my visit was to replace the 12v battery. My hybrid battery warranty requires that the 12v be an AGM style battery in order to preserve the longevity of the hybrid. I asked if there was any documentation confirming the battery met those standards, and the woman was again condescending, asking if I meant OEM. I said no, I'm asking about an AGM battery. She said OEM means manufacturer. I said I know what OEM means, I am asking about the specific battery style. Instead of asking another person who might know what I was talking about, she said "in my 24 years working here, I have never heard that term". This is concerning to me on a number of levels, not least of which being the prevalence of AGM batteries on the market. Perhaps your longtime employees need continuing education to keep up with technology, but at the very least, they should work on the way they respond to customers who actually know things about their own vehicles.

This visit seemed extremely efficient. I was in contact with the same person the whole time and was checked out by her in the garage where I checked in. Very good customer service
