I was with today service but I originally had my appointment for Saturday that just passed. They told me that I would be able to be there by seven and be out by 7:50 - 8:00 am because I had another appointment somewhere else and once I got there and I let them know that what they told me that was incorrect, but I’m only going based off of what I’m being told by you guys over the phone so I scheduled my morning and day off around that Saturday appointment with you and I had to take time off from work today 6/5/2024 to get serviced.

Your rep that checked me out was very condescending to me. I asked questions and he would dismiss me by saying don’t worry, I fixed it for you. He told me also that the technician working on my car had messaged me. He asked if I got it. I said no. I asked how it was sent, email/text? He said it was sent to my phone. I told him I haven’t received a text or email. Can he please check where they sent it, I was concerned they had the wrong info. He told me it probably went to my spam. I told him that I’ve been getting everything from Toyota previously. He was very dismissing. If I had to deal with this misogynistic male again, I would find another dealership to service my vehicle. I’ve been thinking of trading my 2022 Highlander in for the new hybrid version but not if I have to deal with anyone else like that again!!!
