We have followed Jomi for at least the last 35 years or more. We are not that smart when it comes to dealing with auto problems or concerns. When we first met Jomi she talked honestly at a level we could understand, plus she has always been friendly and caring with us where now we can say she is part of our family! It all started by her honesty and communication so we understood. Believe me when you fine that talent in an auto service advisor, you do NOT want to lose them…this is why we have followed her for so many years…wherever she goes we will follow and now that she is with Toyota that makes it all the better! She is the BEST!!
