Good service also had car wash which turned out great. Only issue is it took over 3 hours to complete oil change tires rotated and car wash. Next time won't wait for work to be completed.

My experience with Toyota of Tri-Cities was so bad that I can assure you that I will never return. I find that your approach to providing estimates is unrealistic, irresponsible, and unprofessional, to the point of constituting a deceptive trade practice. We received a telephone estimate of $375 for a transmission service on our 2006 Toyota Tundra and scheduled the service. Upon arrival, I was quoted a price “starting at” $350. We discussed the advisability of performing additional services, but ended up with the original transmission flush. Before I left, Juan advised me that my vehicle required a more expensive type of fluid and that the cost would be “about” $500, to which verbally agreed. When I returned to pick up the vehicle, I was presented with a bill for $627.11, which was almost double what we were originally quoted! When I inquired of the service agent how this could come to be, he stated the quote was “starting at”, due to potential unknowns involved in actually performing the service, primarily the exact amount of fluid required. I told him that I understood certain ambiguities exist, but not to such a degree to justify an 80% increase over the estimate, for the exact same service, especially when I am presenting a Toyota dealership service department with a Toyota truck, for which you should have all of the information at hand to provided an almost exact estimate of the costs for a common service. He again replied with the same statement that prices are caveated with “starting at”, to which I finally responded that I found your pricing policy to be irresponsible and deceptive and asked that my comments be passed along to the Service Manager. I think that it is fair to say that as a result of this experience I find that I can no longer trust your dealership and therefore will not be returning for any reason, to the point that should I decide to purchase another Toyota, it will be from some other dealership. On one last note, I have also never experienced a less welcoming and considerate service department, from the moment I walked into the door until I left with my vehicle.

When I went to get my car the gentlemen said it would cost me $30 something and I said I have the service plan and he said why didn’t you tell me at the beginning my computer don’t tell me that. I have had my service plan on the last 2 cars I bought from you and he tried to make me feel stupid for telling him! Very unprofessional
