Toyota use to let me know while waiting if I needed a filter changed or something was wrong with my vehicle and asked if I wanted to address the issue now or not and I got a text message to make the payment online while I was waiting and I did. then when I went up to the service desk to get my keys, they told me that was the wrong amount and which is fine (because the gentleman told me it would be more then what the text message said) they changed it and I paid the difference and then proceeded to tell me I needed filters and gasket and total amount was gonna be around $7000. I would have had them change out the filters. Kinda sad there are no lights saying I have an oil leak. This is my 3rd Camry. I thought i could trust Toyota :( I think it’s time to find a different brand. :(
