The man who helped me at the counter was cordial, patient with my questions, and explained things about my service. I was not happy that after waiting quite awhile the resolution of my repair was not applied until I showed them the problem again. Part is in and I will be returning.

I had a mechanical issue with thermostat i met jason from service dept and he said no problem we will get it fixed I also had issue with other part of car and needed part for that I was told it would be a couple of days,thenI met Johnathan another manager and he was able to get me a loaner car with no hassle and in just minutes the car part came in i was informed and they fixed my vehicle I had a positive experience from Romeo Kia for fixing my vehicle and getting a loaner and Jason was very diligent in researching my warranty and had no bill for car rental and repair very relaxed atmosphere and Jason,and Johnathan and Romeo Kia very efficient in getting me back on the road and truly 5 star experience Romeo Kia thank you Cs glynn
