It takes about an hour to drive to Kigston. Service was routine for a ew car and a little pricy. Computers went down and they told me to wait for the bill- half an hour. Finally hour drive back home. Not worth it.

Service people were very good solution to problem did not get done. I now have to keep more detailed notes to figure it out. What concerns me now is I bought a 2020 certified vehicle that was traded or turned in from original owner and have to wonder what I ended up with and why it’s was returned so soon. I am not comfortable with car at this time and wish I stayed with USA vehicle

Was unhappy with the fact that I wasn't told ahead of time that oil changes were only with synthetic oil. I cost me $75 for an oil change. I'll never have my oil changed at a dealership again. I can have it done it elsewhere for $40. A Kia Sportage doesn't need synthetic oil!

I gave a coupon when I arrived and the coupon was not applied. Also, I was not told there would be a 3% charge if I used my credit card. Had I been told,I would have gladly gone to the bank and gotten $765. It was 7:00 pm and my ride had left. The gentlemen Helping me did not know anything about my coupon and also had no control over the 3%. In addition, last time I brought my car to have the airbag light fixed and the rattle in my car fixed. Airbag light still on (after they said they fixed it last Time) and car still has the rattle (after they said they fixed it last time and I paid for it to be fixed). I do want to say that Jason was very nice and tried to be helpful and also the gentlemen that took my payment was very nice but clearly was t aware of coupon or able to do anything about the 3% charge.
