Brought car in for oil change and was recommended a couple things. I decided to do the tire rotation. After the car was done I was told that the mechanic hit my vehicle and scratched my bumper bad. They said they would fix it but don’t understand how this happened unless mechanic was driving my car fast not paying attention. I now have to go back in for them to fix what he did? And on the specific day they have their paint guy there? Cars bumper has deep scratches which I’m unsure a “paint” fix with repair.I have bought multiple vehicles through priority and will not buy again. My wife was very upset about her car which just detailed the week prior. Mechanics hand prints were also all over the hood on the car which I let the service advisor know.
