Job well done in terms of keeping in touch with details, estimates & costs. There seemed to be delay in initial pick up, was told 10am, but when I called at 10:20 no one had left. Service took till 5pm, which seemed excessively long for oil change, but then other work was added, so I guess that made sense. I appreciated details on needing new tires. Upon research, dealership price seems to be about $150. Higher than Costco, so I may get the Michelin tires there instead.
Overall, liked the pick up, delivery & sanitize service and thought Bethany had excellent customer service skills.

Ive been sick the last 4 weeks with pneumonia
And bronchitis. Im glad i was able to get in and get my oil changed, but i was a little diappoined that i wasnt offered a car wash, but i guess i'll run it thru myself when im in full go mode.
