My past three experiences were short of my usual experiences and expectations when visiting Nissan Priority in Williamsburg. During my first experience, I was advised verbally that I had a valve cover gasket leak; however, this information was not reflected in the service summary I received nor was I offered to have the issue remedied while I was there or given the option to schedule the service at a later date. I was told that this issue was not an emergency and could wait. I got in my vehicle after having a fuel induction service complete and smelled a pungent smell of burning oil, which I thought was a result of the service performed; however, several weeks passed and this smell did not go way. Several weeks later, I am in need of a state inspection so I schedule this service online, as well as mention the smell of burning oil. When I get to the dealership, I inform the advisor that this smell started after leaving my last service appointment. I explained that my concern was that I did not have this smell prior to coming in. I was still informed that I would have to pay a $125 diagnostic fee, which I didn't think was fair given the circumstances. It was ultimately agreed that the service technician would complete a 16 point check of the vehicle to see if the issue could be noticed during that time. The advisor came back and again mentioned the valve cover gasket leak and that it had gotten worse. The advisor stated that this was in my notes from my last appointment. I explained that this information was not documented on the service summary in which I received, to which the advisor shrugged and replied, "I don't know, I wasn't the advisor then." Again, even after asking, I was not given the option to have this issue remedied while there or asked would I like to schedule a date before leaving. A week or so later, I then schedule another appointment, online, specifically to have the valve cover gasket leak corrected. When I arrived to the shop I was asked did I have an appointment because they weren't taking walk-ins due to the COVID-19 virus - understood, however, I did have an appointment. I was told that my name was not on the schedule and they weren't sure if they could take my vehicle. The advisor scanned the vehicle and realized that an appointment was in fact made, however the advisor was still unsure if they could take me and would need to ask. It was agreed that my vehicle would be serviced, but my 11:30AM appointment was now pushed to the bottom of the schedule causing me to wait 3.5hrs for my vehicle. Customer service is not was it used to be. The attitudes of the employees could be better; then maybe what I would normally consider minor issues may not seem so big to me. Hoping that future visits will be better.

When I started getting my vehicles serviced their , they used to clean vehicles.asof the last 3-4 times I have had service neither dealership has offered to wash my vehicles . What’s up ?
