I came in for a simple priority oil change and state inspection and was told I have several lights out and needed a tire busching in order to pass. My representative was very nice and answered my questions. My dissatisfaction comes when a driver flashes me to tell me I have a head light out. My car never pulled to the left and now it does. To make matters worse I have a squeaking sound that was not there before.

I was out of town when my oil change indicator come on the display. Made an appointment to have my vehicle serviced at Priority in Williamsburg VA. Everyone was very polite and pprofessional. Service time was quick plus they checked for any recall items. I would recommend this dealership to other Nissan owners. Gary

I went in for a simple oil change with an appointment set for 8:30. I did not leave until 10:00. My vehicle has about 23,000 miles on it and they told me I had about $1,000 worth of service that needs to be done. The reason I made an appointment was for the service to be completed in a timely manner and for a representative to stall my service to inform me of unnecessary maintenance was inconvenient. If the maintenance was actually needed, it should have been explained AFTER the scheduled service was completed.

They didn’t change my oil mileage sticker, didn’t vacuum the front and didn’t fix the rear passenger wheel well cover that is coming loose. I was told the recall would take an additional hour from the oil change, tire rotation and inspection but the whole process took an hour so now I am wondering if everything was completed and I have no way of knowing.

Take 2 hours and 30 minutes for oil change. I make appointment 3:30 pm and I bring my car 3:15 and they give my car 5:05 pm

When I called to make the appointment I was asked if I wanted 8 or 9 am. I chose 8. When I arrived at 7:57 am, I was told by the assistant service manager that somehow my appointment time was listed at 1:30 pm, which is not what I was offered or selected. He quickly moved the appointment time to 8 and I was still out in a very reasonable amount of time. When my car was done, Bethany just handed me the paper and said “here you go” And kept walking. No “everything looks good” or “we made some recommendations for service for the future”. Nothing. It was borderline rude instead of just questionable customer service.
