After waiting.and hr.and a half for an oil change(with appt.) After.paying and goingnto my car for pick up. They had not washed my car which was on the ticket. So that meant another 30 min. Wait. Car wash was satisfactory, no complaints there. Heather and staff were friendly enough. I love coming to this dealership overall.

There were 4 cars in front of me (I couldn't even enter the bay where you normally park the vehicle)
as well as customers at every counter, so I expected it to take forever, but she came over with the new tablet device and had me checked in before I was even out of the vehicle! It was a great experience, and even though I got there late they were still able to get me out in under an hour, 10/10 service
