Ben has taken care of our car since we moved to the area over 2 years ago. He has been one of the most pleasant, professional and capable people we have dealt with in Williamsburg. I do not wish this review to reflect negatively on him, as I do not believe he had any control over what happened. Perhaps you can place the blame where it belongs. We purchased 4 new tires, installed. Your staff severely damaged all 4 rims. This was pointed out to Ben, and after deliberation with management, he offered to have the rims repaired. Three weeks later the car was left in your hands to have the rims repaired over the course of 3 days. When I picked the car up, the rims were satisfactorily restored and I felt the problem had been remedied to the best of the dealership’s ability, though I was not pleased with the inconvenience of it all, since I did have to take off work to pick the car up before closing. Not far from the dealership, in my way back to work, the BMW tire sensors notified me that 4 tires had over 40 pounds of pressure while the 4th had 26 pounds. Since I had no way of knowing whether this tire had not been properly inflated, or whether there was a leak, I was forced to return to the dealership. Again, to get there before closing I had to leave work early. I lost a total of 3 hours of pay for errors which could have been prevented with proper care and workmanship. My husband was also very unhappy to have to go and purchase new chrome valve caps, because they were removed and not put back. Although we have come to rely on Ben, we are no longer certain that your dealership can offer our car the attention it deserves, or serve us in the way we expect. I continue to use this priority simply because of Ben M. In fact, I am currently trying to buy an updated vehicle (Lexus) from the dealership simply so I can stay within the Priority family. I also think the Service dept. is far superior in customer service as opposed to the sales team.

I delivered my car for an 8:30 appt on Thursday October 17th. We requested an oil change, brakes and the headlight repair. Ben let me know I would hear something around lunch time. Shortly after I left I received a text to inform me I could get text updates and communication. I sent a text and called on Thursday. I did speak with Ben and was told they were trying to diagnose the headlights issue and were still working on it. Around 6-6:30 ben called to let me know the findings. They would have the switch part in for the headlight Friday morning and they would get it completed. He did advise that my technician would be out but someone else would do it. I called multiple times on Friday and I received no response from anyone. On Saturday I texted in the morning and then called and was told he was not in but the service manager would return my call. Twice. And I never heard anything back. Monday I called multiple times in the morning and was finally told that the switch didn’t come in until Monday and should be completed that day. That afternoon I was called by Ben and told the switch did not work and there was yet another part and it would come on Tuesday. I advised that I was supposed to have my other Altima serviced with my priorities for life on Tuesday and we could not be without a car. He advised for us to drop it off after the other was fixed. Due to being at work that was not possible. I was surprised that an invoice showed up via text rather quickly on Tuesday but still not actual communication about what had been completed. I took a lyft to pick up the car and Ben was out and the invoice was not gone over with me. It wasn’t until I got home and really looked it over when I realized that I had been charged $135 for the misdiagnosis of the switch. I am unsure of how a misdiagnosis claims a charge when that is just the cost of doing business. I now have been without my car for 6 days when I was told 2 causing massive transportation issues for work. Lack of communication and now the invoice has left me with a negative experience. I have heard nothing but glowing and rave reviews about the service department at Priority and was really confident I had made a good choice I now have one car still without an oil change and feel like the car I did have repaired I was overcharged and under-delivered on. When using a dealership I expect to pay a premium. I also expect premium service. I did not receive the service experience I paid for.
