First, I am disapointed that Mr Holmes is no longer in the service department. 2nd, when I returned to pick up my car, I was told it would be just a few more minutes because they were finishing up washing it. No problem until I watched it sit there with the hood up and flashers blinking for approximately fifteen minutes. So when I inquired and confirmed that it hadn't moved to be washed, I cancelled the wash because I had to go. 3rd, out of all the years I've been coming there, I've never seen a service representative with food all over their station. Very unprofessional!

After letting me know that my car was ready, no one explained to me what was on my receipt or my invoice sheet.They wrote down all these things that I needed but didn't mention a word. They put too much air in my tires. They told me my car was out front which wasn't true. I had to find my car on the side of the building. I called back to speak to someone about it and no one answered. Finally I got an operator and she said she would have the service person to call me back. That didn't happen! Priority? Yeah right!
