To preface, I am very pleased with my car's servicing. It drives very well now. However, I was disappointed with the regard for my time. I told everyone before the diagnostic exam that I needed my car the next few days and if that would be an issue, I would prefer to reschedule. I was assured that it would be fine, however, and proceeded with the diagnostic. I went in the next morning to check on things and said I could stay at the latest an hour and a half after I had previously said I needed my car, but when I came back at that time the person I needed to talk to was at lunch and I was waiting 45 minutes past then to speak to someone, at which point it still wasn't ready and I had to take out a rental. I was then promised the car would be ready by the end of next day, though as it turned out it needed to be in repair for a day past that. I would really have appreciated a more realistic timeline throughout the whole process to be able to make or change my plans, but instead I was kept hanging until the last minute. Finally, and this may seem small, but in the back of the service center was a board of guarantees they promise, one of which was that the car would be returned clean. My car was not cleaned at all. I don't expect this as part of the service, but that should not be on this board if it is not in fact a promise.

Wendall Homles was a very professional service advisor who represented the company as a gentleman, He was genuinely concerned with my satisfaction. However, I was less than satisfied with the service technician (s) who worked on my truck. The inspector rejected my vehicle do to bad wiper blades. Very questionable. I had a State Trooper and a local policeman look at my rejected blades and could not see how they were rejected. I had an oil change and there was oil left running down my fender. Also, Grady hand print on top of roof inside.

We had scheduled an 11:00 appointment on Saturday for an oil change and a state inspection. We arrived at the appointment and dropped off the car rather than wait because we had other obligations around town. When it got within 10 minutes of closing time and we had not heard that the car was ready, we headed out to pick up the car. We did not receive a call until 5 minutes before close when we had already arrived. It was then that we were informed that there was a potential issue that would prevent us from passing inspection. The service team wanted to give us a rejection sticker and revisit the issue on Monday, when we were not available, because they were about to close for the weekend. The service manager reviewed the potential issue, and determined that it was not in fact an issue and issued the state inspection. While I understand that things happen, I don’t appreciate waiting until the last minute to inform us that a major repair may be needed.
