The service rep was very polite, BUT...he did not come out and ASK if I wanted my tires rotated or cabin filter changed WHILE I was waiting, but only as I was picking up car. THEN he tells me I need these things done.

I called Nissan with questions about my CVT fluid. I asked if I could just add some if needed after checking the dip stick! I was told my car didn’t have a dip stick, after explaining to him yes it in fact does! He said well if you bring it up here and it does have one I will check it for you! Other than that a CVT oil change cost $300.00. I brought the car up the next morning and totally different story from him oh yes your car does have a dip stick as if he never said it didn’t. And now I would have to have the car put on scanner at 130.00 to see what’s wrong and oil would also be checked. I said fine! I get a call back basically telling me oil is fine and yes with aggressive driving it does in fact shudder he recommends a new transmission at $5107.22 but it’s good to go! So essentially telling me to drive it until it breaks or spend thousands on a slight issue. How can this be that there is no preventive maintenance on something that has a place where you can check it and replace if burnt or low? I find this unbelievable to say the least and find it even more unbelievable that a 44 year old women knows more about my car than your assistant service manager! I would love to have answers to these questions!

Ben provided exceptional service and surprised us with a few “normal services” that had not been encountered at another Priority service center. Even though we had to travel further to have our Priority service performed than the previous service center (27 miles versus 43 miles), we will return to the service center in Williamsburg for routine service.
