I’m not sure if you have an employee recognition program but I must say that if you do Wendell Holmes should be recognized. I have been to many dealerships and I have never ever been treated the way that I was treated this Wednesday. His service, attitude and follow up were absolutely impeccable. Because of him, I will probably not go to any other Nissan dealership. Such a gentleman that answered ALL of my questions and even walked me to my car!!!

I was told that the 2 cabin filters needed to be changed, I questioned why, I just had them changed this year in January. I feel the tech should have known this information it should be in the computer. Mr. Holmes said he would check and came back said I was good. I get home and find on the paperwork that the service was required and I had declined the service. I was upset and called and spoke to Mr. Holmes stating why does the paperwork state I declined the 2 cabin filters, which I did not. I do not want this to void my warranty. He said it would not that he would fix it in the system. I just do not have a good feeling about it. He should have went over the paperwork with me before I left the dealership so it could have been corrected.
