I had an apt at 800 for an oil change. I sat there for 2 hours after checking in and Ben did not come talk to me not one time about my car or the status of my car. After 2 hours I went to the checkin counter to see if my car was ready and what was going on.... to see my car just sitting there and was told my car backed in. I asked to be checked out and was told I had to wait on Ben. I asked for what because he hasn’t helped me or spoke to me in 2 hours. Another service advisor checked me out. Ben’ customer service was terrible and no one should wait for a simple oil change for 2 hours when they had an apt.

The only thing I wish was that he texted me or came over to me to tell me that it was taking longer than I expected because they were checking the system to make sure that my new battery was not defective because my car didn’t start right away 2 days ago. It was just put in when I had my car inspection done. I knew they were checking it, but after about 1 1/2 hours, I was getting a little concerned and so was my husband. He texted me to see if ecverything was okay because he knew an oil change doesn’t take 2 hours to complete.

I first drove to Priority to replace a windshield wiper. Afterwards, 2 of my tires developed slow leaks and I came back and was told there were nails in the tires. So I bought 2 new tires to replace tires with nails in them. 50 miles later I have another nail in one of the brand new tires I bought. I’ve now bought 3 tires and had 3 nails in 3 tires. What are the odds? I explained all this but no relief. I won’t be back. Too many nail on that lot.
