I was so appreciative of the car wash. They even swept my floor mats! ????that was so awesome! I have only had great experiences at this dealership! It is superior and I would recommend them. Loved my sales person Mary Abram too. I got to see her while I was there and she remembered so many things about my family etc. it’s so nice to have a good experience.

I had to call after 5 hours to see if the Jeep was ready ( it was). Now I’m reading the service report. It was in for the state inspection, and the tech says the Jeep is in immediate need of several things. I guess you were unable to do any of that work or you would have called. Is that correct?

Bethany was very efficientl and very nice. I was dismayed by the cost of the repair. I don’t understand why a car with only 30,000 miles since 2015 has a part that is basically falling apart. I’ve never had this problem with any other car I have owned. Perhaps Nissan should take a closer look at the parts they are using. If this is a trend with my Rogue, I would think twice before purchasing another.

I am always asked do I want a car wash.....I always say yes. Yet this was the 3rd time I didn’t get one. One time I actually told Kevin the didn’t wash it and he took it and had them wash it. I thought about complaining about it, I walked around the car and debated about it. I knew I would get a survey so I said I will jus complete the survey.
