Bethany was great...tech did a good job. All lugs back on tires. No greasy foot prints. Valve stem caps back on. I only wish priority in Newport news could do same.
I'm not a complainer...I order a cheeseburger...I get a hot dog...no big deal. Went to Newport news for regular schedule maintenance (simple stuff) and without fail, EVERY time I'd leave I'd have to buy a new set of valve stem caps...or ask for cleaner to wipe away grease from floor mats or door...geezh. pay for a simple service...get it done right. That's why I come to you guys. Good on y'all! See you again!!

Making appointments has become more difficult but the service provided was great. I did notice they left my vehicle unlocked after service, this is the first time this has occurred. I prefer the vehicle remained locked.
