I was told that my car was ready, but it was being washed. Waited for probably 15 more minutes and finally got my car and it had not been washed. Only the drivers side front floorboard had been vacuumed.

Overall, the service was mediocre compared to the three other Nissan’s I’ve been to for service. Bethany wasn’t there when we arrived, however the gentleman who was, was polite. I had a concern regarding my media console, along with the oil needing to be changed, which I mentioned just after we finished checking in. Upon the end of our service, I asked about if the media console had been looked at. At first it sounded like it had been, but after clarification it hadn’t been addressed at all and instead I could discuss it with someone in sales or schedule another appointment and have a 65 dollar diagnostic fee, which was never mentioned when I initially brought the issue up to the gentleman, who greeted us/took my information. So I’m not sure if that was standard, or just Bethany’s response to trying to mislead me to think this was why it wasn’t addressed rather than an oversight on their end. Also, I thought the delivery of the vehicle not even being parked in a parking spot, but rather in the back along the curb was not in line with your advertisement of excellent service. I figured after my car left the shop, I waited an additional 15 minutes related to the console being addressed or waiting for room to park it etc. this was not the case. I’ve been looking for a new place to service the vehicle, being from New Kent I have a few within about the same distance. At first I thought this might be the new place I would take it, but after my checking out process with Bethany and then how the car was left for me to return to. I think I’ll try another before I make up my mind.

I don't like to complain but my truck wasn't vacuumed as promised. I understand the weather conditions preventing them from washing this time however I've been several times and my truck hasn't been washed. These particular times I just kept going but this time I wanted to let you know what's has been going on.
