My 2017 Altima was in for its 60,000 mile maintenance $200+, I get up the next morning to leave my house. It would not remote start. I go out to the car, put the fob against the handle, still nothing. I take key out of fob, open door, put fob on the push button, still nothing. Frustrated as ——, looking for my cell to call you guys for a tow, then I remembered that cleaning the battery terminals was apart of the service so I decided to check them. Your tech forgot to tighten the terminals. Thank goodness I have a little knowledge of autos and figured it out. Otherwise you would be spending money unnecessarily to send a tow truck, more tech cost, etc. Disappointed

I came in for my free inspection and oil change. Was told my inspection would be rejected because one of my fog lights were lose, which I have to say, had been loose since I bought it from you all 5 years ago. This has passed inspection always, even at another garage once when I had work done on it and inspected. Then you wanted to charge me almost 800.00 to replace the brackets that hold the fog lights in or 145.00 to take them out. I was told it would take 2 hours to take them out because you can't just unplug. When in fact, it took 30 minutes for them to unplug them and put a sticker on it. I could have done that myself but your service guy said you have to take the entire bumper off. Well, I fixed it the way you all would for 20.00 for the clips and 30 minutes of my time.
