The service on the car was great. I have no complaints with the way car-related communications were handled. However, individuals who are not fully immunized must not be unmasked in customer cars. I am a nurse with the VA Department of Health. Kaeley entered my daughter’s car unmasked and she an I were less than 6 feet apart.

When I brought my car in I was told that I would be contacted if my warranty did not cover certain repairs, and if so, how much those repairs would be and what would be done. After 7 hours I had not heard anything and called and they told me the things I asked about were fixed. When I arrived, I found out they charged me to fix an item that is still broken and just did what I had been doing for weeks to reattach the item, and charged me a ridiculous amount for it. They had the car for 7 hours and did not fix the main issue, and basically charged me almost $200 for an oil change and tire rotation.
