I asked my rep numerous times if they needed my car at the dealership or just the tire that had the nail in it. She told me just the tire would be fine. I live 50 minutes away from the dealership and made arrangements for the tire to be dropped off. I was called hours later to be informed that the car actually needed to be there. Extremely frustrated at this point, i tell her that it would be easier for me to just go ahead and buy a tire from somewhere. She told me to go ahead and do that if that’s what I needed to do. After speaking to the manager, we were able to send pictures and get the tire taken care of. When I got the tire, it wasn’t even the same tire that I have on the car. Now I have a brand new car with three Michelin tires and one Yokohama. I have bought two cars from you all and I have had nothing but great things to say about my experience but this experience has ruined it all and I don’t believe I will be buying another vehicle from you all nor will I refer anyone!

I went for a oil filter change and after 1 1/2 hours they bring a list of stuff they say I need to have done at a cost of $449.00
I only wanted a change not rebuilding my car.
Now the oil filter change was good but I really think you should as if you have time and want them to check your complete car out.
