Today was quick. An in and out job for a state inspection. Not much interaction between Jack and I. Basically just gave him my keys and left, he called, I came back and picked my truck up. Had a 7:30am appointment this morning. I arrived a few minutes late around 7:34am due to traffic (I had a 50 minute commute from home to dealership). I had called several times to discuss shuttle service to work and was informed shuttle begins at 8:00am. I was assured there would not be a problem to get shuttle. I’ve been a Priority customer since 2008. This is my first time using the shuttle service. My work schedule is 8:00am-4:30pm. I alerted my boss I would get the 8:00am shuttle and would be to work around 8:15am. Unfortunately this morning around 8:10am the service rep made me aware the shuttle worker hadn’t reported to work yet. She had called him and learned he had a personal matter/court and wouldnt be into work. Service team was unaware he wouldn’t be working and customers like myself who relied on the shuttle were dissatisfied and needs not met. I’m unaware if the Tech had begun my vehicle yet upon my arrival or not since I would be taking shuttle offsite service may not have begun thinking there was all day to complete the work. Service rep talked to Tech to see if my vehicle could be expedited and was told yes he would do his best to be done in approximately 25 minutes. Because of all these factors I wasn’t able to get my vehicle and get to work until 9:15am. Very frustrating situation!
