Purchased my vehicle 11 months ago from Priority Ford in Norfolk and had a wonderful experience but they are just too far for me to go for service (2 hours one way). I’ve been to Priority Nissan in NN twice with no so happy service. Found Williamsburg Nissan and made an appointment. I originally made an appointment online but for some reason it didn’t go through. After calling I was able to get an appointment. I was pleasantly pleased with the friendly staff and service and the cleanliness. I hope to make this my new place of service.

I had my car brought in for service . State inspection, oil change, tire rotation and balance. I was informed that my car would not pass state inspection and needed rear brake shoes and rotors. I explained that brakes had been checked recently send that they had never been serviced before. I was told I would get the measurement of the pad and rotor thickness. I got neither . I received a report showing that one brake pad needed replacing and one was nearing service time. No mention of rotor thickness. No mention of distance from pad to river or even pad thickness. Now I have to check this myself and go to the state police to prove my point. I’ll be in touch

1) Made an appointment for a simple key fob programming and even asked a day ahead if you had one in stock. I was assured yes. Then 10 mins after dropping the car got told no, not in stock, come back tomorrow. Great. 2) when I went to pay the clerk informed me "the machine" would be adding 3% to my bill because I was paying by credit card. That is ridiculous - every service shop takes credit cards and don't charge a fee. Priority is a huge business, cc fees are not my issue. So as it stands I would never do business at your dealership again and could not recommend it to anyone.
