Although I feel I worked with the best people, things didn’t go as planned. Purchased vehicle, drove home with the most awful smell in the vehicle. When I returned to my home in Alexandria, just a quick look in the vehicle and it was not detailed at all. Very dirty, including food remnants, chewing tobacco packets in the side door,. After talking with the sales person, he realize that the car was not detailed at all. It was very nice that somebody was able to give me a loaner to use until my car was looked at. I currently still have the loaner and have not received my car back yet. Hoping that the smell is gone! With purchasing a $55,000 vehicle, I would hope that the next person would not have to deal with this.
