My car was at the Richfield Audi for 3+ weeks which I managed through as they provided a car for me to drive (as I do not have another).
However, 2 days after getting my car back (after $3800 bill) the engine light came on. I have now made two calls and have not heard anything back on next steps to resolve what may be causing the engine light to come on (it was why I brought it in 4+ weeks ago in the first place). I head out of town for work Monday and really wanted to get it into the shop this week as I will be out of town until next Thursday. Really terrible customer experience and I have been very patient and collaborative; but this is getting frustrating given it's AUDI and not some local car repair shop. Julie

I understand that the issues that I am experiencing with my Audi MMI are known as to Audi and will be addressed in the future. I appreciate that Jason provided this information as this is the third time I have been in for service noting this issue. Jason put in the extra effort to determine that this was an issue that needed additional effort from Audi. I understand this situation and trust it will be resolved in the near future. I also trust that Audi has urgency related to this issue as it causes me major dissatisfaction as I rely on my navigation each and every day. And the current situation is not acceptable for a vehicle of this caliber. This is not Jason’s issue but one that Audi needs to resolve. Jason was great to work with.
