Sarwan was extremely knowledgeable and polite. If it wasn’t for his professionalism over the phone, I would have gotten my 20,000 at Audi Minneapolis again instead. I will be back. The Audi Minneapolis couldn’t get me in sooner, and it is extremely busy there compared to Richfield. They did not want me to wait but to get a free car because it would take half a day there. For convenience I chose Audi Richfield. If Sarwan hadn’t been as friendly and courteous on the phone, I would have kept my mpls Audi appt.
