When I dropped off vehicle at 8 am the advisor plugged in and noted 32 “warnings” relating to “battery B.” He said this would be replaced with no charge under warranty. I did not have any communication until I inquired at 2:09 pm when I was told techs were still looking at vehicle. I inquired again at 3:09 pm and a text returned shortly that the vehicle was done. When I went to pick up vehicle advisor said tests keep coming back positive so battery was not replaced and codes cleared. A cynic may raise an eyebrow that battery B should have been replaced. Also, better communication is needed to keep customer up to date on status.

Kyle is great - the issue is not with him or his commitment to customer satisfaction. The issue is that our vehicle continues to present computer bugs which require a proper diagnosis and your dealership doesn’t have adequate staff to review the issues in a timely manner.
