I just bought the vehicle. It had only 225 miles on it when I brought it in for service due to a transfer case seal leak. Your survey asks if I would like to evaluate its trade-in value. Should I do so? Perhaps so—just noticed today that the “chrome” body-side molding on the passenger side of the vehicle is blistered and needs to be replaced.

There was an issue with not receiving returned calls from Gary via voicemail messages that I left.He explained he gets too many VM and to call his cell phone in the future. This method of communication was never mentioned to me. Even the service operator didn't know.
