We made an appt on Tuesday to look at car, after 2 hours, car was still not looked at. I checked with John, just said it would be soon...Why did we make an appointment? Even checking in, it was a little odd. John asked me if I was sure I bought the car there and if I had a warranty and what kind and was giving me rates per hour to diagnose. Are the notes from the appt taker not on there? If he cannot see this info, shouldn't he be able to?

I think Chad was great and I appreciate his time. However I only came to this dealership because of my complimentary zaktek application and because I thought I was getting an oil change for $40, it ended up being $65 and my car didnt qualify for the coupon. I think your dealership is as shady as they come and I will only come back if I absolutely need to due to my warranty
