I find Coye’s team of service advisors to be among the best in his entire service team in all the years I have been buying from Airpark. I have been buying cars from Coye since he was on Hayden Road, a long time ago. I can get a car from anyone. But it is the service that keeps me coming back again and again. I brought my vehicle to airpark Jeep on May 31 for exhaust manifold repair. It was not ready until Tuesday evening June 4th. I drove off the lot and noticed a loud metal noise immediately coming from passenger side under mount. I called Mike right away and he said he could not get to it until today....Monday June 10. I dropped it off this morning and Mike called me this afternoon and says it’s an engine mount repair and it will cost me over $1200 (this is in addition to the $1500 I paid last week for exhaust manifold). I am extremely upset as I I feel this engine mount was caused from the repair of the exhaust manifold. There is not way it did not have anything to do with it. No issues prior to dropping off the vehicle for service. Also, when I dropped off the vehicle initially I specifically asked for the diagnostic. Why wouldn’t the engine mount issue come up on the diagnostic!? Also so disappointed with lack of communication. Awful experience! Just awful. I have been a customer for over 10 years and I will never ever come back to Airpark Jeep.

When I first bought the Jeep the very next weekend I took it out for a pretty long drive and there was this massive whistling sound that was coming from the inside of the cab the whistling was so bad we had to turn up the radio loud almost a whole trip then I took it in this weekend which was 6-8 19 and they told me that it was the roof rack that I just recently put on the roof three weeks prior of my first oil change I tried to tell him when you roll down the window at decreases the pressure in the cab so it may seem like the whistling was coming from the roof rack but indeed negative tried to tell them they said to me on your next Oil Change take the roof rack off and bring it in again and we'll try to find the whistling

Someone took few dollars i had in the box between driver and passenger seat during my oil change. I find it pathetic !
It’s not about few dollars for me but matter of principle. I purchased two vehicles in your dealership and choose your service to take of the car. I brought you business and your employees robbed me. I have 4 more prepaid oil changes. Will not be coming back after that.
Service advisors are usually nice and polite, very helpful can say only best about them.

I came in for an oil change,the car sat for one hour and fourty minutes before it was taken into the shop even though I had an appointment. I’m well aware that things happen and scheduling can go bad quickly. I was ready to walk but Sheila was so kind and funny that I stayed.
