No communication with the customer and service.
Carl did not even know that my eco diesel car could not go through your express oil change. After waiting over 1 1/2 hour in your waiting room for an oil change I called Carl and the car was then transferred to a person who could do that oil change. I had a 1pm appointment for the oil change I left at 4 pm.

Service was great! Prices exorbitant! You need price point research to get your prices in line with the competition! Your job is not to maximize profits but perceived customer value! Over time, the high price folks tend to disappear!
