Just because I voted YES doesn't mean I was satisfied with the service I received. When I use your EXPRESS SERVICE, that what I expect, EXPRESS SERVICE not to be made to wait over 2.5 hours for a simple oil change/tire rotation, and software update.
To add insult to injury, the service advisor, Sheilah Keilman, never once stop by to provide me with an update or explanation as to why it was taking so long. She walked by me serval time but never once stopped by. On top of that when I finally had had enough I stopped by her office looking for answers and was curtly told to "Shut the door, I'm on the phone." I walked out thinking what a jerk, you keep me waiting for this long and when I come looking for answers, those that you should have been providing me all along, your first response is to scold me, REALLY!
Miraculously, minutes later my car was ready to go. Ms Keilman, at first blush comes off as a nice engaged employee but given a little time struggles to demonstrate any genuine sense of customer caring. I'd also add that she seems to have difficulty multitasking and keeping her focus on the customer. When she gets behind she seems to get flustered which then leads to frustration which then leads to aggression toward her customers. I highly recommend she be counseled on this matter and that the service manager keep a keen eye out for future occurrences.

The issue was not documented correctly on the paperwork. It was for an anti freeze order but the tech stated it was for an odor.
