Love airpark for all of my service needs! Just sad that I had a free exterior car wash done without asking- perhaps I signed for it and didn’t look . Just spent all day detailing my Jeep and then had it handed back with water spots and dirt all over it from a terrible drive through wash

We are towing our car to another dealer to service. Cannot believe you sent this for me to reply. I have to say that I bought a lemon. Will never buy another Chrysler again. 5 years of bad car performance since I bought it new. Really bad experience. Once paid off I hope to trade in and say goodbye forever.

What upsets me however is your ridiculous service rates. The evap core of my 2015 Grand Cherokee sprung a leak before the car even got to 55K miles....something that should never have happened in the first place. Then you charged me almost $1300 in labor for a single days repair. You worked on my jeep for no more than 7 hours (book rate, but probably less than that in actual time) which works out to a minimum of $185 an hour....which is insane. That doesn't even take into account the nearly $500 you charged me for an evap core..... A part I can buy online new for less that $100.
And because my vehicle takes a new version of freon, I don't even have the ability to use outside maintenance as no one has the new service equipment yet.
I love my Jeep and I may buy another one in the future but I will avoid your service department like the plague and will tell everyone I know the same.

I was quickly provided a ride since the wait was about 2 hours.
