It’s not the service advisors that are the problem. The customer service isn’t the problem. It’s the faces that aren’t seen. It seems like EVERY TIME I bring my car in for some type of service, I get it back with another problem. My problems are eventually resolved, but I shouldn’t have to drive ALL THE WAY BACK from my home (in Goodyear) for a problem I did not cause on my vehicle. It’s ridiculous. I’m wasting my gas, putting miles on my car. My time, that’s the biggest thing. It’s 40 MINUTES ONE WAY. Then to sit for an hour? Hour and a half? Two hours waiting? Then to drive ANOTHER 40 minutes home, without traffic. All I wanted was for my one issue to be resolved, not another one created. It’s annoying. Carl is the best, besides the fact that he never answers the phone, super aggravating. But he gets to the core, explains it, dumbs it down so I can understand. He is great at his job. I just wish there wasn’t another problem caused when I bring my car in.

There has been very poor communication in regards to the warranty work that should have been completed today. When I scheduled my appointment on Friday 5.3, I should have been told that I would have to come in a third time because the fix first identified was no longer an option. Instead you let me drop off and pick up my car with no resolution. I actually had to go find an associate to get an update on my car because I noticed it wasn’t fixed. Also, the fact that I had to tell you what you were fixing on my car is ****. You ordered the part, you should know exactly why I am calling when you pull my profile up. You offered zero peace of mind that my car was being fixed effectively and I was not surprised at all at the lack of resolution that I received today. Great job at wasting my and your time. I am super excited to bring my car back again... this should not be reflective on George, he handled the situation with compassion and honesty and did the best that he could with his limited interaction with me.

Charlie was of little help. He seemed upset/bothered that I asked to speake with someone else as this was the 2nd I was bringing in my car with the same complaint. Steve the shop foreman stepped researched why I was in lat times and stated he would personally over see the handling of my car. He immediately offered up a simple potential issue, low fluid levels. He asked to keep my car and iffered me a loaner. He called me personally the day to advise me of thier efforts. I picked up my car and he cane out to meet me, handed over my jeys and even ensured my car was washed. I have not had the problem repeat. I very much appreciate the personal commitment and service be offered. I will return however I just be sure I am not placed with charlie.
