I asked for an oil change and it wasn’t done. Also my Jeer was filthy on the outside. I am not happy about either.

Carl was very nice and my lack of recommendation is not directly related to him, however I specifically gave him my number to call when the car was ready and my fiance still received the call and relayed the message to me hours later which was frustrating
We have had issues with things that took reaching out to the gm to resolve. Although he did step in and help, we were really left with a bad taste in our mouth. Additionally, I bought just about every package the finance specialist threw our way, and in hindsight feel like I get little to no value for it. We pay a lot of money for our vehicle, but when I need service done I am not offered any sort of loaner, and the out of pocket costs are frankly ridiculous. For the 30k mile service I was quoted 699.99 to get an oil change, check and flush necessary fluids, rotate the tires, and IF needed replace windshield wipers. That is really ripping your customers off. From the point of leaving the lot with my Jepp, to this point I have little to nothing nice to say about your dealership. We have bought many cars from other dealers in the past and never had a similar experience. Our sales person, Ryan told us everything we wanted to hear (their is a tint protection package included so we can replace your ILLEGAL tint if you decide you dont like it, Oh there is a crack in your windshield, we will take care of it) and when issues came to surface he turned into a ghost. Not answering calls or emails. Very poor representation of your brand and reputation. We really love this Jeep its a great car but I've never experienced such poor customer service. I need to emphasize again this is not directly related to Carl, he was very nice but the entire operation there needs a major tune up.
