Jorge Hernandez had given more than sufficient customer service. Given the fact that Ive had horrible experience in the past with Airpark Service center he exceeded my expectations. I am noticing how this is a priority and focus finally.

Jorge Hernandez specifically tried to deceive and cheat me out of money. I had a 90 point inspection where the rear diff. was checked last week. Today, Jorge called me and told me it failed. He screwed up his little scam and accidentally sent me the paper says the diff was inspected and that it passed. This service department has tried to cheat me and I won’t stand for it. I would love to speak to his superior or a supervisor. I have a multitude of proof of this fraudulent activity. It’s abhorrent that you call yourselves a dealership when you’re just in the business to rip off customers. I would never recommend this “dealer” and I think you guys should be shut down.

I came in for my reg oil and filter change. I was about 900 miles early bc I received a coupon that I wanted to use. I showed it to my service agent and he plugged it in and showed me I would owe 64.12. When all is said and done with at the checkout counter there is all of a sudden more hidden charges were racked on top. I should have been notified of these charges prior to services. This is horrible customer service and walked out of there feeling completely taken advantage of. How can it be one price and after the service another. Just doesn’t seem right and I don’t think I will be back. When all is said and done I walked out paying 76.14. It’s was close enough to original price of the oil change without the coupon.
