Usually the service is very thorough, but unfortunately today whomever rotated the tires did not check the air pressure in them. My tire light came on about 10 minutes after I picked up my car. Luckily there was a Discount Tire location nearby and they adjusted the pressure in all 4 tires for me. Also, for some unknown reason, my car was elevated like it would be in 4WD rock climbing mode instead of park height.

I told the service adviser that the vacuum in my Pacifica had a clog the hose. The tech insisted that there was nothing wrong. The tech clearly doesn't want to do small commission jobs. I took the car home and took it apart myself. Sure enough there was a clog. I understand that your shop is busy. However, I still expect to be treated well.
