Not mike's fault, but took an uber to pick up my jeep that was "fixed" and drove home. Hit my driveway, shut it off and it was doing the same thing I dropped it off for. So far it's a $365 mistake. Still waiting on a call for multiple recalls and a service engine light on my 2500 pickup as well. Haven't been impressed thus far unfortunately.

Carl was professional and courteous, and my vehicle was finished earlier than I expected. My only complaint is that the windows on my vehicle were not clean after detailing. I had to take glass cleaner to them myself when I got home. I don’t mean they weren’t done....they were streaked and filmy with what appeared to be armorall or some other pasty cleaner that may have been used on the dash, then the same cloth used on the glass. I would expect better for a $150 interior detailing. In fairness, it wasn’t as noticeable in the shade, but in direct sunlight it was actually difficult to see through the windshield.

I trust my advisor, Derrick Parra, to translate the complexities of services I require or those that are just good to get done (but can wait per my budget). I know that when he tells me I must do a service, he is keeping my best interest in mind which in the long run keeps me coming back to Airpark for service. Told to meet Karl in AM. No Karl. Jorge was a nice guy, but no discussion with me regarding if my Jeep was doing anything that warranted being looked at. (For example, squeaking brakes - since time of initial purchase. I had to ask what a 30,000 mile checkup included. He did quickly try to tell me but didn’t know all the details. 2 and a half hours later Jorge announced to the back of my head my car was done and then walked in the opposite direction from me and didn’t point out where to pay. No explanation of what was done, no discussion of any maintenance needs for future. The cashier was frazzled and over-busy - suddenly thrusting pen in my hand and telling me to sign off. I told her I wanted to read what I was signing first. She took back the pen. I read and had to ask for the pen back. No instructions given as to when to come back - by anyone. C’mon guys; you can do better. No slight against Jorge; he did not appear trained to do that job.
