I was assigned to Sheila. Went to her cubicle .. she never asked what I needed. Finally after 15 minutes a gentleman came up and asked if he could help. He said he was a trainee. Very courteous, took my info. I only came in for a recall 1uc? Drop off at 10..... 445 Sheila calls to tell me I need new tire, some kind of “pack” air filter, tune up, some other kind of filter. One week before this care was serviced at another dealer. Come on now!!! Something is wrong here!

Terrible communication with the service department and George. I'm glad management stepped in and handled the situation. Communication is key when dealing with the public but George made it seem like I was on his time and he was doing me a favor. Could be a cultural issue or a language barrier but I had to rearrange my day and take off work bc he wouldn't tell me a time estimate or any information.
